Tortai establishes a measurable quality control method in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality system standard and sets the following quality objectives based on delivery improvement, process efficiency and product quality targets:

Defects: Less than 0.15% of products delivered are defective.

Function: The quality rate of product function test reaches 100%.

Efficiency: Increased operational efficiency by 8%.

Safety: Zero workplace safety incidents or product recalls.

Delivery: Achieve more than 98 % on – time delivery rate.

Customer Service: Customer satisfaction score is greater than 90.
