Tortai operates out of two state-of-the-art facilities. The first spans 4,600 square meters and is dedicated to electronic assemblies and manufacturing, while the second, encompassing 3,000 square meters, focuses on the production of human-machine interfaces (HMI). Manufacturing Expertise

In the realm of electronics assembly, our factory is equipped with 6 medium-to-high-speed YAMAHA SMT lines, 2 DIP production lines, and state-of-the-art inspection equipment, including SPI, AOI, X-RAY, and FAI systems. This enables us to simultaneously manage multiple product batches, with a daily capacity to initiate sample production for 6-10 models. Additionally, we offer comprehensive services encompassing semi-finished and finished product assembly, testing, packaging, and other integrated manufacturing solutions.

Human-Machine Interface Production

Our HMI production facility is adept at crafting a variety of components such as membrane circuits, overlay panels, keypad switches, touch switches, and both FPC & PCB circuit keypad switches. We also specialize in silicone keypad switches and other complex sub-assemblies that employ diverse structures and materials. With our advanced processes, we can achieve a UL94-HB fire rating and an IP65 waterproof rating, ensuring the highest durability and performance standards for our products.
