Tortai has two factories , one for electronic assemblies and manufacturing, covering 4,600 square meters ; The other, which produces human-machine interface , covers 4,500 square meters . Electronics assembly factory: There are 6 YAMAHA medium and high speed SMT lines, 2 DIP production lines, and equipped with SPI, AOI, X-RAY, FAI and other detection equipment. We can produce three types of batch products at the same time every day, and can complete the sample production of 6-10 models. There is also a finished product assembly line for customers to provide semi-finished products and finished product assembly, testing, packaging and other integrated manufacturing services.
Interface assemblies factory: Our interface assemblies factory can produce membrane circuit, membrane overlay panel, membrane keypad switches, touch switches, as well as FPC & PCB circuit keypad switch, silicone keypad switch and other complex process sub-assemblies of various structures and materials. Our special process and materials can achieve fire rating in UL94-HB, waterproof rating in IP65, the highest service life can be up to 1 million times, to adapt to special products in some harsh environment work.
