Tortai adopts a strict quality control system in the production process. Introduced advanced production equipment, and strictly implement ISO9001 quality management system, ISO13485 medical device quality management system, IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, from raw material procurement to production processing and manufacturing, from quality inspection to packaging and transportation, Quality is strictly controlled in every link. Also introduced into the MES production management system, and continuously improve the production efficiency and quality level.

Quality Management Goals

Quality management goal are the cornerstone of Tortai’s success in electronics manufacturing. It ensures that any product or service delivered will not disappoint or cause complaints from customers. Tortai establishes a measurable quality control method in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality system standard and sets the following quality objectives based on delivery improvement, process efficiency and product quality targets:

Defects: Less than 0.15% of products delivered are defective.

Function: The quality rate of product function test reaches 100%.

Efficiency: Increased operational efficiency by 10%.

Safety: Zero workplace safety incidents or product recalls.

Delivery: Achieve more than 98 % on – time delivery rate.

Customer Service: Customer satisfaction score is greater than 90.
