The company’s technical and engineering backbone are more than 10 years of experience in electronic manufacturing industry. Equipped with professional electronic engineers, BOM engineers, structural engineers, electronic procurement engineers to provide customers with professional electronic manufacturing services.

Precision equipment

Imported precision SMT machine, ten temperature zone back welding furnace, wave soldering, three anti-paint spraying line, BAG repair table and the whole process of testing equipment, for high reliability requirements of the product and tailored. It can stick 01005, BGA spacing 0.2mm, QFN, CSP, CON and other components.

Cooperate with internationally renowned component channel suppliers and original factories to guarantee quality from the source and effectively reduce quality problems caused by customer supply. Customized ERP material management system, component quality can be traced. Supply chain team and IQC team are more than 6 years of industry experience, strict quality control.

DFX analysis

Conduct manufacturability analysis, assemblability analysis, testability analysis and reliability analysis for customer projects before production, and organize sales department, engineering department, production department, Purchasing department, Quality Department and other departments to hold new product introduction meetings to ensure timely and quantitative delivery of projects.
