In order to improve the emergency rescue ability of the staff and strengthen the safety and health management of the enterprise, TORTAI Electronically invited the professional outsourcing first aid training organisation to carry out a ‘CPR first aid knowledge seminar and practice’ activity on 28th May, 2025 in the company. First Aid Knowledge Lecture and Practical Exercise”.
On the day of the event, the professional lecturer systematically popularised the operation points of CPR, the use of AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and common first aid misunderstandings through theoretical explanations, case analyses and simulation demonstrations. The lecturer emphasised that the ‘golden four minutes’ is the key to saving lives, and that mastering basic first aid skills is crucial to safeguarding the safety of employees and people around them. At the same time, the lecturer also explained other daily emergency first aid methods such as simple bandage for bone fracture, emergency haemostasis and Heimlich maneuver.
In the hands-on session, employees participated in simulation drills in groups, practicing chest compressions, artificial respiration and AED operation procedures through mannequins. The instructor guided the action points one by one and corrected common mistakes to ensure that each participant mastered the skills in a standardised way. The interaction on the site was warm, and the employees said that the training not only enhanced their awareness of first aid, but also boosted their confidence in coping with emergencies.
