Membrane  Circuits

    Tortai's membrane circuits are screen printed silver circuits on polyester. They are used as cables to interconnect electronic devices or as a switching device. Tortai can add surface mount components to the flex including resistors, LEDs and capacitors.

    Polyester flex circuits are a lightweight, low cost alternative to traditional polyimide flex circuits or printed circuit boards.

•     Single or Multi layer circuits are screen printed with materials such as, silver, carbon and dielectric.

•     Storage:  -40°to 85°C

•     Operating: -40°to 70°C
